Im back with another blog for all my followers. I know people wonder what a practice is like overseas so i decided to bring you all along with me for one. A normal day at practice normally for me is getting up around 10:00 and eating a little breakfast. I like to get to the practice facility early and put up shots before the rest of the guys get there. Morning practice normally starts at about 11:30 or 12. So i try to get there about an hour early to put up a couple hundred shots. After that practice is about to get ready to start and we go into our normal routine. Basically practice over here is pretty light. Especially now that preseason has tailed off and the regular season is looming. Now everything is just fine tuning. Making sure guys know the offense and doing alot of skill work in practice. Things like shooting and situational things that you will face from game to game. After practice we hit the weight room with the physio (trainer) and go through whatever he has on the agenda for us to do. Its not to much but it definitely helps your body through the grind of the season. The weights help you get through the bumps and bruises that you will take during 40-50 games. After that you hit the showers and go home for some lunch and rest. I hope you all like the video for this blog and i hope it gives some more insight on my life overseas. Im out.
