Life and Times in Taiwan

Hello to everyone back home in the States. Sorry its been so long since i put up an update on my blog. Alot has happened since my last entry. I was at home after coming back from spain for a few months waiting for my agent to find me something new and started to train my group of ladies. I finally got the call from my agent and am here in Taiwan finishing the last two and a half months of the season and hopefully more with the playoffs. Taiwan has been a very interesting new world. I played in Europe my first 3 seasons but Asia is alot different. Just the language, food and people are different than Europe and the States. But it is a good different and I enjoy learning new cultures. Since I have been here for the first month I have been playing well. To this point we are 5-3 with me in the lineup (I just recently hurt my ankle and sat out a few games) and I won MVP for week 7 in the season. Curbside Fitness 101

Hello Ladies! I would like to introduce you to my blog. As you can see I keep this blog so that people can see my life overseas when Im away playing basketball. As you can see below I keep a written blog and also a video blog. Im going to send you guys updates on different workouts and also Nutritional tips and facts. For the people who don't know who Im speaking of, this is my workout group that I currently train while Im home. It has been a great experience working with this group. They are very energetic and they work hard each and every session. Ok Ladies as you can see you all have been introduced to my blog and followers and the followers have been introduced to you.
